One United Properties took over the Rahmaninov Residence residential project, renamed One Rahmaninov, from businessman Dorin Mateiu. One Rahmaninov is located on the edge of the Verdi Park in the Capital, was launched on the market this year and will have, upon completion, 86 luxury residential units, of which 50% have already been sold. The rest of the percentage of available apartments will be managed by the developer One United Properties and will benefit from interior design and finishes made by Lemon Interior Design. The sale of the 41 apartments and 2 penthouses currently available, with a cumulative value of approximately 50 mil. euro, will be made exclusively through Skia Real Estate, a subsidiary of One United Properties.
One Rahmaninov covers a built area of 23,000 sqm, with G + 8 floors with 3 access stairs and will include a lobby that covers an area of 600 square meters and 6 meters high. At the same time, the complex benefits from a playground for children, but also from a parking lot with 200 spaces.
