Cavatina has started renovation works on the existing cotton mill buildings Widzewska Manufaktura in Lodz. The developer plans to change the investment into a multifunctional complex with offices, apartments for rent, retail and services as well as a restaurants and cultural zones. The project will offer 55,000 sqm and is scheduled to be completed in 2023. Widzewska Manufaktura is the post-industrial complex located at 4 ha site at Pilsudskiego street. The project consists of six buildings, three of which are entered in the register for monuments.
