Nokia extends lease agreements with Globalworth

4 December 2020

Nokia has extended its lease agreements with Globalworth for the office space it occupies in the West Gate and West Link office buildings in Wroclaw. The contract, which covers an area of 30,000 sqm, is the largest lease agreement signed in a Polish regional city market this year. Nokia moved to West Gate in 2014, where it has opened a research and development centre for new telecommunications technology. Two years later, the company entirely occupied the neighbouring office building West Link.

West Gate is located at Lotnicza street and offers 17,700 sqm. The property is equipped with the 2-story underground parking lot for 320 cars. West Gate is adjacent to West Link, the five-storey A-class office building offering 15,700 sqm.
