7R has started building a last mile urban warehouse in Gdynia, expanding its 7R City Flex network. The investment is located in the direct vicinity of the port and will offer 14,000 sqm of warehouse space. The A-class facility already has several tenants which names have been not disclosed yet. The general contractor of 7R City Flex Gdynia is Dekpol. The building is scheduled to be completed in mid-2021.
