Maxence Liagre has been appointed the new CEO of MPC Properties. Liagre has more than 20-year experience managing and leading shopping centers. Prior to joining MPC, his extensive experience includes mix use projects, shopping centres, residential projects and services in Turkey from feasibility, financing, design, sales and leasing to asset management.
Liagre also co-founded the Bosphorus Real Estate Fund and Reval, his own real estate company that became a joint venture with the Sonae Sierra. As the new CEO of MPC Properties, he will lead on the company’s consolidation and future expansion plans.
MPC Properties is an experienced real estate development company which has expanded its business for almost two decades. MPC has developed over 30 projects, which have been established since the company foundation, in 2002.
