Dom Development has started selling apartments in the last stage of its Zoliborz Artystyczny residential scheme in Warsaw. The investment is located on Powazkowska street, in the Sady Zoliborskie estate, and offers 269 apartments and 11 service units as well as 300 parking spots. All apartments will have balconies, loggies or terraces and those on the grand floor will have gardens. The estate is fully adapted to the needs of the disabled. In the common parts of the estate, there are playgrounds for children, green courtyards and places for rest. The residents will have access to bicycle stands and storage rooms. The estate was designed by HRA Architekci.
