The Hungarian parliament passed a bill concerning working from home, but it is far from what the government has promised to deliver. The decree that has been published says that employers and employees may agree to telework and can be done on working days, but the timeframe of this so far only concerns the time of the pandemic. The bill also states that employees may receive additional tax-free contributions towards energy and internet bills, but it is up to companies themselves if they choose to provide such funds to their workers.
