The developer My Place, owned by businessmen Raluca and Costel Niculae, launches a new residential project with 87 apartments in Pipera. Investment is estimated at over 8 million euros.
“My Place construction of the project has begun, and applications for housing have not been long in coming. We intend to complete the construction in 2021 and given that the whole concept was very well received by a small circle of acquaintances, just before we officially launched, we hope and believe that we will be able to sell all 87 apartments before delivery ” , said Raluca Niculae, Business Development Manager My Place.
