Nusco Imobiliara has appointed Crosspoint Real Estate sales agent for its newest residential complex, Nusco City, in northern Bucharest’s Pipera-Aviatiei area. The project, which will spread over 2.5 ha, will offer 310 apartments in four housing blocks in the first phase, which is scheduled for delivery at the beginning of 2022. The second phase will include an additional 310 apartments, with completion scheduled for spring 2023. The investment is valued at an estimated €70m.
