Spaces, part of the IWG Group, will open its first coworking office in Tri-City at the beginning of the second quarter of next year. The company leased 3,000 sqm at the Wave office building, developed by Skanska. The Wave office building was approved for use in July 2020 and is equipped with Skanska’s innovative Connected system, which facilitates the daily operations of the property’s office users as well as building management. Medusa Group designed the project.
