Conarg Real Estate, controlled by the businessman Valentin Vișoiu, received the approval of the Bucharest City Hall for the development of the Quadra Trees residential project in the Capital, which will include 281 apartments in 7 blocks of 5 and 6 floors. It will have about 500 underground and above-ground parking spaces, and about 25% of the land of 15,000 square meters will be green space. Quadra Trees is located near the border between Sectors 5 and 6, on Drumul Cooperativei Street.
