Skanska has appointed CBRE to take over the property management services for the Campus 6.2 and Campus 6.3 office buildings in the central-western area of Bucharest. The two buildings total 38,000 sqm. CBRE now manages approximately 840,000 sqm of office space and shopping centers in Romania. Tenants at the Campus 6.2 and Campus 6.3 buildings include Societe Generale, Microsoft and World Class. In addition to these two buildings, the Campus 6.1 building, part of the Campus 6 project, is also managed by CBRE.
