Property Market has launched the construction of another residential development, featuring 185 apartments in their BudaPart residential project in the XIth district next to the Kopaszi dam. This will be the fourth phase of the 10-year investment featuring 8-storey residential buildings. Property Management is creating turnkey apartments, that will come with a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling heating and cooling, motion detector and a smart home system. The develepment will include a commercial zone with shops and cafes.
