Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska has extended its lease agreement at the Tristar warehouse park in Wroclaw. The logistics operator occupies 3,700 sqm of space at the park. The investment is located in the city’s Kobierzyce community and offers nearly 40,000 sqm of total leasable space. The project is part of a portfolio owned by Tristan EPISO 4 and White Star Real Estate.
