Allegro has leased 2,100 sqm at the Lubicz Office Center in Krakow. The investment consists of two class A buildings located near Rondo Mogilskie. Both of the buildings have BREEAM Very Good certificates in the asset and building management categories. The project is surrounded by old trees, due to its location, which used to be the garden district in the past. The scheme includes surface and underground car parks. The owner of the Lubicz Office Center is Globalworth.
