NTT Limited took more than 2,300 sqm at Business Garden Bucharest. The tech company is planning to open its global shared services center at the property, which is owned by Vastint Romania. The transaction was brokered by Knight Frank.
“We are proud that NTT Ltd chose us as a partner, seeing the enormous potential that Business Garden Bucharest has. The free height of 3 meters, windows that open and the supply of 100 percent fresh air, together with the outdoor recreation areas, very appreciated, are just some of the most important details of this project that are worth mentioning. We are sure that the partnership will be a successful one, and the new GSSC employees will consider Business Garden Bucharest as an excellent working environment. Thanks to our partners from Knight Frank, this transaction took place successfully and we are proud to announce that, after signing this contract, Business Garden Bucharest reached an occupancy rate of almost 80 percent,” said Antoniu Panait, managing director of Vastint Romania.
