Global forwarding company SymLog has leased warehouse space at City Logistics Warsaw III Panattoni. The complex consists of two class A buildings with a total area of 24,000 sqm. The Panattoni project offers flexible warehouse and office modules close to the Warsaw West junction and not far from the city center. “Warehouses in cities are no longer a trend, but a real need visible all over the world. It is generated, for example, by the dynamic development of the e-commerce industry, as well as urbanization and the gradual shift of population from rural to urban areas,” said Olga Wałkiewicz, senior development manager at Panattoni. “Therefore, the location of the facility in the immediate vicinity of the city makes it much easier to distribute goods at the final stage of the so-called last mile.”
