Public Affairs Solutions will relocate its headquarters to ONE Tower in Bucharest next year. The building, under development by One United Properties, is going up in the cityās Floreasca area. Set for completion in the fourth quarter of this year, the project will offer approximately 24,000 sqm of space. Public Affairs Solutions leased part of the fourth floor of the building. The transaction was brokered by CBRE. Public Affairs Solutions is relocating from Victoriei Square.
