Permission has been granted for the remodeling of Kupiec Poznanski in Poznan’s city center. The mixed-use project is located on Wiosny Ludow square. Completed in 2001, the scheme offers 32,000 sqm of space. Chapman Taylor’s redesign includes the incorporation of a new four-star Marriott-branded hotel into the existing building. The office and retail space will be reconfigured and the common areas will be upgraded.
