Markant Polska has leased 625 sqm at Zebra Tower in Warsaw. The 18,000 sqm class A office building is now fully leased. Zebra Tower is located near the Jazdy Polskiej Roundabout, close to Pole Mokotowskie park. The LEED Gold-certified building, completed in 2010, is part of Union Investment’s property portfolio.
