XBS Logistics, a provider of logistics services for the business sector, has renewed its lease agreement, totaling more than 19,000 sqm, in two warehouses at P3 Blonie near Warsaw. The tenant was represented in the renegotiations by Cresa. P3 Blonie is a logistics park located to the west of Warsaw at the junction of the national road 92 and the A2 motorway. Its 14 buildings offer more than 278,000 sqm of warehouse and office space.
