Vorwerk Polska has leased office and retail space at the Giant Office complex in Poznan. Walter Herz represented the supplier of household appliances during the lease process, while Savills advised the owner of the building. Giant Office was developed by Giant Invest. The investment offers 15,310 sqm of modern office space, 1,815 sqm of retail space and 440 sqm of restaurant space as well as 227 underground parking spots. The complex has a BREEAM Very Good certificate.
