Courier company Sameday, controlled by eMag, leased 2,100 sqm at the TBM Industrial Park project in Rudeni, near Bucharest. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. Sameday also recently leased 1,300 sqm of storage space in Tunari, north of Bucharest. That transaction was also brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
“I looked for a location adapted to the Sameday requirements regarding a relatively small storage area with a very large number of parking spaces and I identified an optimal variant of space, in a very advantageous location, opposite their central warehouse. with a configuration that corresponds exactly to the requirements,” said Andrei Brînzea, land and industrial partner at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
