HelloParks, Futureal’s brand for logistics parks, has purchased 76 hectares of land near Fót, where the intend to build an industrial and logistics center. The investment is to have house energy-efficient buildings that meet BREEAM sustainability standards, and the first phase which involves a 45.000 square meter warehouse is to be complete by the end of 2021. The purchased plot is located near the M0 and M3 motorway junction, and Futureal also has available for commercial use industrial plots with utilities and road access available from 1,5 acres. The purchased plot has the potential to create 330.000 square meters of industrial and warehouse space.
