The developer Red Group has begun the sale of eight row houses in the Prague 5 district of Jinonice in a project called Na Hutmance. Roofs are currently being installed on the buildings, whose completion is expected in the second quarter of 2021. The buildings are located next to the Jinonice metro station but are accessible via a cul de sac street in an established neighborhood of Jinonice. The three-floor homes offer nearly 200 sqm of useable area and are built of over 150 sqm plots, offering a garage and two terraces. Two of the eight homes, which were designed by Atelier PH5, have been sold for CZK 19.85 million (including VAT). Red Group is managing the construction process itself.
