Balaton Shipping Company is selling yet another of its real estate assets, after the sale of it’s campsites in Balatonszemes and Balatonboglar it is auctioning off the Hotel Molo in Siofok. The asking price starts at just over EUR 4 million. The hotel has 37 double rooms, a restaurant for 130 people, a panoramic terrace and its own lakeside beach with a children’s pool next to it. The direct waterfront area is 5.600 square meters. The current tenant has a contract valid until 2025, so the potential investor will have to wait another 5 years before they can enjoy the property.
