Romanian transport and logistics company Maracana has leased 4,100 sqm of logistics space in Ploiesti and Constanta. In Ploiesti, the company leased 1,800 sqm at a project developed by Alinso, and in Constanta, Maracana leased 2,300 sqm at the Constanţa Business Park, a mixed-use project developed by Global Vision and Globalworth. The transactions were brokered by JLL Romania. The company already has warehouses in Timisoara and Cluj.
