Promoimob Development, owned by the Spanish companies Valrent Alquileres and Achia, requested the approval of a PUZ (Urban planning approval) for a project of 3 and 19 storey buildings, on a plot of 5,750 square meters, located between Ramuri Tei, Glinka Mihail and Barbu Văcărescu streets in the Capital. According to the documentation, the project will include housing, offices, retail spaces and a hotel. The administrators of Promoimob Development are Lopez Serradilla Jesus and Hermo Patino Manuel Camino.
