Total warehouse stock in Kielce amounted to 102,000 sqm at the end of June, up 41.5 percent y-o-y, according to Axi Immo. The city’s most recent addition, 7R Park Kielce, which added 21,700 sqm to the market, was completed at the end of 2019. There are currently no new schemes under construction in Kielce. The market is relatively young, which is why developers are cautious about developing speculatively here. There is currently 35,000 sqm of modern warehouse space, equivalent to 34.5 percent of this market’s total stock, currently available, according to Axi Immo.
