Electrogrup is building 94 apartments in the third phase of the Citta Residential Park in Bucharest. The contract is valued at more than €5.6m, with completion expected early next year. The project is being developed by Nusco Electrogrup, a company controlled by Electrogrup Infrastructure. “Our experience demonstrated in construction projects in Romania and other European countries is highlighted by the company’s first project in Bucharest. We are starting, together with our partner Nusco Imobiliara, a large-scale project with an area of approximately 5,500 usable sqm, consisting of a residential building with 11 floors and two underground levels, part of one of the most important residential complexes in the eastern region of the capital,” said Costin Schmidt, commercial director of Electrogrup.
