Savills has opened its new regional office at the Silesia Business Park in Katowice. “Katowice alone currently has 160,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space in the pipeline. The city offers a potential to deliver both small business units and large logistics parks on its outskirts,” said Michał Kulig, senior consultant at Savills. “It is the most optimal location for many companies on account of the combination of high-quality properties, labor availability, excellent infrastructure and the presence of contractors and sub-suppliers.”
