CBRE is taking over property management services for the Ethos House office building in northern Bucharest’s Floreasca area. The building has an area of about 8,000 sqm and houses the restaurants Fratellini and Uanderful on the ground floor. Ethos House tenants include Euralis, Arval BNP Paribas, the Romanian-French Chamber of Commerce, Glencore, Forte Partners and BNP Paribas Cardif. The building was developed by Greek businessman Gkotsis Anastasios, following an €8m investment completed in 2014.
