As many as 1103 flats were sold by the developer Echo Investment from the beginning of the year to the end of September 2020. Only in the third quarter, the company sold 450 units, which, compared to the second quarter, gave an increase of 45%. It was also the best quarter this year – most transactions concerned the Wola Station in Warsaw, Osiedle KRK II and Bonarka Living projects in Krakow, as well as the Stacja 3.0 in Wrocław.
In the third quarter, the developer began the construction and sale of premises in four projects – Fuzja II in Łódź, Stacja Wola II in Warsaw, Bonarka Living at Puszkarska Street in Kraków and the second stage of the KRK estate in Kraków. New projects expanded the offer by over 830 apartments. Moreover, by the end of the year, Echo Investment plans to introduce for sale apartments in ZAM I projects in Krakow and the next stage of the Enter estate in Poznań. In addition, from the beginning of the year to the end of September, Echo Investment completed the construction of six projects in Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań and Wrocław, which mainly contributed to the 713 apartments delivered to clients. This means a 20% increase compared to the result achieved in first 9 months of 2019. In September alone, Echo Investment handed over the keys to 202 apartments.
