Green Court Office, located on Dozsa Gyorgi Ut near the Vaci Office corridor, has been awarded the interim BREEAM Excellent rating for environmentally conscious and energy efficient solutions. The energy efficient systems in the building make it almost net-zero in terms of energy consumption. Apart from many ecological solutions the investor – Codic Hungary – has also helped improve the residential surroundings of the office building. The 20.000 square meter office building in XIIIth district, and has already leased 65% of the building.
