Ghelamco has completed the revitalization of Foksal 13/15 in Warsaw’s old town. The developer has adapted the tenement houses to the highest modern standards that can be expected from premium properties. The tenement houses were built between 1895 and 1898 and designed by Arthur Otto Spitzbarth. From the moment of their creation they were considered to be architectural gems. It was a huge challenge to reconstruct the eclectic design of Foksal 13’s facade based on the only photo which was found. The residence lost its rich decoration in the 1930s as a result of a modernist reconstruction.
