Panattoni to build City Logistics Krakow I
Panattoni is planning to develop a new logistics center. City Logistics Krakow I will go up on Cementowa street and will offer a total area of 36,500 sqm. The first of two buildings is scheduled for delivery in September 2021. The first tenant to sign a lease is a logistics operator specializing in last-mile deliveries, which took 9,040 sqm. City Logistics Krakow I is to undergo BREEAM certification for a rating of Very Good.
