Nusco Imobiliara has started the development of Nusco City in northern Bucharest. The residential project is going up on a 25 ha plot and will include more than 600 apartments and a 5,000 sqm green area. It will be built in two stages. Completion is set for 2022. The first phase will offer 310 apartments. The investment is valued at approximately €70m.
