Santander and DHL Piper have extended their leases at the Atrium 2 office building in Warsaw. Santander occupies 6,000 sqm, while DHL Piper will continue to lease 4,000 for the next five years. Atrium 2 is located in Warsaw’s Wola district and offers 20,500 sqm of A class office space on 15 floors. The investment was designed by PRC Architekci and has a LEED Platinum certificate. The project was completed in 2016
