Uni-logistics has leased 2,900 sqm at the MLP Pruszkow I logistics center. Cresa Poland represented the Polish logistics operator during the lease process. The tenant will move into the facility in October. MLP Pruszkow I offers 170,000 sqm of warehouse and production area. A two-station charging point for electric and hybrid vehicles has been set up for customers and tenants. All the energy needed for that purpose comes from photovoltaic panels. There is also a city bike rental station in the park. The facility has a fairly large power supply, a proportionally high percentage of parking spaces as well as potential for future development.
