Cordia Romania is planning to break ground on the second phase of its Parcului20 residential project in northern Bucharest’s Exhibition area by the end of this year. The company has already launched the sales campaign for this phase, which will include 220 apartments, according to Mauricio Mesa Gomez, country manager of Cordia Romania and Spain and member of the board of directors of Cordia.More than 70 percent of the apartments in the first phase have been sold. Cordia is investing €40m in the project.
