CPI Property Group has taken over the management of Concept Tower in Warsaw. The investment is located on Grzybowska street in central Warsaw and offers 9,000 sqm of class A+ office space on 15 floors. The property was completed in 2012 and is LEED Gold-certified. CPI Property Group acquired the property from Concept Development Group in August 2020. The price of the deal was not disclosed.
