P3 Logistic Parks signed 58,637 sqm in lease deals in the first six months of 2020. Companies involved in logistic and office space transactions with P3 in H1 include Gebrüder Weiss Romania, Interbrands Marketing & Distribution, Logwin and Just Master Activities. At the beginning of the year, Gebrüder Weiss Romania extended its lease contract on 22,420 sqm of logistics and office space. Interbrands Marketing & Distribution, a P3 tenant since 2006, opted to relocate to a larger space, expanding its total leased area to 24,830 sqm. New P3 tenants include Logwin, which leased 2,350 sqm, and Just Master Activities, which took 3,200 sqm.
