DL Invest Group is partnering with DHL Supply Chain Polska to develop the DL Invest Park Psary logistics center in the Silesia voivodeship. The investment will go up on a 40 ha site and will offer 200,000 sqm. The buildings will feature environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions in line with the GoGreen DHL policy. DHL will be the project’s investor, responsible for the logistics part of the investment, while DL Invest Group will act as the managing partner responsible for the general contracting and management of the development process. DLA Piper is providing legal services for the investment.
