Ceetrus is planning to develop a mixed-use real estate project in Resita. The scheme will cover 36 ha and will include a mall, an aquapark, offices and a hotel. The project will go up in four phases. The first phase includes a 35,000 sqm shopping center. The second phase will include 9,000 sqm of retail and a 4 ha aquapark. Phase three will include 4,000 sqm of office, while the last phase will include a 150-room hotel. There will also be a residential component that will offer 582 units and an Apart Hotel.
