Regesta has increased the space it occupies at Panattoni Park Tychy from 6,500 sqm to 17,200 sqm. The latest stage of the complex is to be completed in February 2021, with the logistics company set to start operation at the new space in March. Following the expansion, Panattoni Park Tychy will have a total area of 52,934 sqm. “Expansions are always a source of pleasure to us, because they represent the best confirmation of the attractiveness of the park, both in terms of its quality and location. Panattoni Park Tychy has excellent connections with the rest of Silesia, a region of key importance to the entire Polish economy,” said Marek Dobrzycki, managing director at Panattoni. “The expansion of the park in Tychy also confirms that the strength of the region is not just concentrated in one or two cities but lies in every part of the Silesian conurbation.”
