Speedwell has signed Bog’Art as general contractor for its MIRO office project in northern Bucharest. The project will include 23,000 sqm of class A office space on five floors. There will be 4,750 sqm of space available on each floor. About 40 percent of the total space has been leased by KPMG, which will be able to move to its new headquarters at the end of 2021. There will also be on-site parking. Speedway has secured a building permit. Work on the site has already started.
