Belgian developer Atenor has finally received a building permit for the construction of the RoseVille office building in the Obuda District on Becsi utca. Last year the investor purchased 6,600 square meters of land on which it intends to build an exclusive A+ building with a leasable area of 15,150 square meters. Roseville will be a 3 storey building, with a two level underground parking with 315 parking spaces. The construction will begin this year, and it’s completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021.
