The development group Topestates has begun construction on its new residential project Barrandez-vous. The project is made up of a pair of low-rise apartment buildings that will offer 169 units of larger than average size. It’s expected to be completed in 2022 at a cost of more than CZK 750 million. Located in the popular district of Barrandov in Prague 5, the project will offer gardens for those who buy flats on the ground level and balconies for all other units. The design was prepared by the architectural firm Under-Construction, which has worked on a wide range of family homes and residential projects as well as projects as well-known as the extension of the Prague airport.
