4 September 2020

With Hungary closing its borders to foreign tourists the hotel industry faces yet another crisis. Around 90% of the hotel industry in Budapest is dependent on foreign tourists. The situation is critical, as unlike other parts of the country, it’s impossible for Budapest’s hotel industry to make up for losses through domestic tourism.
