Skanska Hungary has announced that it has completed the third and final phase of the Nordic Light office complex in the XIIIth district of Budapest. The final 14.000 square meters of office space was purchased by South Korean fund JM AMC, and will be rented to Roche Szolgaltato (Europe) Ltd. The investment cost EUR 29 million. Nordic Light is an “A” class office building and has aquired a LEED Gold certification, and according to the developer has complied with the sustainability criteria of the international green building rating system. The office complex comprises of 26.200 square meters of office space, and besides Roche the tenant mix includes companies such as BASF, Harm or Schneider Electric.
